The bi-annual UITS user satisfaction survey is administered by the Center for Survey Research (CSR) under the supervision of the IU Pervasive Technology Institute's Cyberinfrastructure Assessment and Evaluation group.
Beginning in 2021, all campuses are surveyed during each bi-annual cycle (whereas regional campuses were surveyed on an alternating basis in previous years). Survey pages pre-2019 were found to be incompatible with IU's Digital Strategy Initiative and have been archived offline.
