The Mosaic Active Learning Faculty Fellows program is a key component of Indiana University’s Mosaic Active Learning Initiative. The Fellows Program provides a dynamic, supportive space for faculty to focus on their commitment to supporting student success by creating inclusive, active learning environments and experiences. It is designed to develop active learning pedagogical practices to create engaged, inclusive, student-centered learning environments and experiences in community with peers from across IU.
The program has four main goals: preparing faculty to teach in active learning environments, building a community, promoting evidence-based teaching, and creating faculty leaders. Mosaic Active Learning Faculty Fellows go on to mentor colleagues and work with stakeholders to help develop new learning experiences at IU.
